Hash Browns

Ingredients
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 small potato, peeled and grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp instant mash
- S&P
- Frylight
Method
- Heat oven to 180*
- Spray muffin tray
- Gently fry onion till soft
- Put onion in bowl and add grated potato. instant mash, egg and S&P
- Mix well together
- Spoon into muffin tray and pat down well
- Bake for 15 mins
- Transfer to frying pan and fry on each side till crispy
